Calling all amazing Nurses, Carers, and Support Workers! Tezlom Blackpool is on the lookout for compassionate souls like you to join our family of caregivers. We understand how challenging and emotionally demanding your roles can be, and we're here to provide the support and understanding you deserve.

If you've got at least 6 months of previous healthcare experience, we'd love to welcome you aboard. Enjoy the flexibility you need with working hours that suit your lifestyle, even if it means a bit of commitment on the weekends – because your dedication deserves flexibility.

Some of our roles involve providing personal care and using hoists, and we understand the importance of being prepared. If your moving and handling certificate needs a little update, no worries – we offer refresher courses in all mandatory training to make sure you feel confident and ready for the role.

We offer excellent rates of pay, free mandatory training and service-specific training, Blue Light Card membership, excellent out-of-hours management support, and dedicated consultants.

Compliance Process

Throughout your application process, our compliance team will be on hand to help you become compliant to work with us. Whilst you continue to work with Tezlom Blackpool , some of your documents will need renewing annually, again our compliance team will contact you when a document is about to expire and support you through any required updates so that you’re always compliant to work and don’t miss out on any shifts.
